I wanted to lose weight, and I thought the traditional method of eating less and working out more would be the key to doing that. I read each review carefully, and I ended up choosing Phen375 to try first. The main things I like about it is that it is proven to work, it is made in the United States, and it is FDA approved. I also liked that is a metabolism booster. That seemed to be my biggest problem, but it was no longer an issue once I started taking my Phen375 supplements as directed. I lost four pounds just the first week, and I have been averaging two pounds a week since then. That is a far cry from losing one pound a month from just eating less and exercising more!
