Websites

Here are links to some recent websites I have worked on.

Pratt Livestock
I just migrated this site to a new web host. The content management system is done with Joomla. It can be a bit tricky to move Joomla from one place to another, but I think the site owner is really happy now.

Rangeman Inc.
This site was real fun. I used Joomla for the content management system. There was some time spent picking and choosing components and hacking the layout a little, but most of the time spent was editing product photos.

inMedicineLodge.com (Re-booted!)
What’s this? This all started as an experiment. The goal was to have a site that reflected life in Medicine Lodge, KS from the average citizen’s point of view. I used WordPress as the content management system. I also customized the layout and content display templates to suite my needs. All in all I’ve got to say,  I like the freedom that WordPress gives me. It’s a real easy platform to modify.

Nixon Realty
This was a completely custom site from scratch. The staff at Nixon Realty needed to be able to add real estate listings and auctions at their convenience. Each listing has an optional gallery which handles photo resizing, and display. Google Maps was integrated to provide an automatic mapping feature and driving directions. There is also an email subscription that allows visitors to receive email notifications when new houses are listed.

Colorado eServices
Basically, this is the same system as Nixon’s. However, there are some alterations. The most noteworthy is a plug-in that generates an html formatted page for use on ebay listings. The page has links back to the owner’s website. Traffic on that site is incredible during those times.

Coming Soon!

Redrock Protection LLC.
This is still under construction. The goal is to provide the Redrock Protection with the ability to receive appointment requests via email and give their customers the opportunity to change the appointment date or cancel it. All of this information will be routed via email / text message to the field service representatives.

Gary Skinner
A redesign for an author, missionary, motivational speaker and one really neat guy! The purpose of this site is to give people an opportunity to purchase Gary’s book Plain Vanilla Wrapper and also let people donate to his ministry. I really can’t wait to get this one done! In the mean time, read his book and you’ll know why I’m so excited for him. You can still visit his original site too. If you need a copy of his book contact me and I’ll see what  I can do.
